CAKE BAKING 101: (Part 3) 10 steps to Succeed in Baking




STEP 10: Storing your Cakes long term

Wrap your cooled cake in layers of cling film and then in aluminum foil . Label and freeze for up to 4 weeks.  Thaw your cake in the refrigerator on the day before you need to ice and decorate (detailed tutorial coming up).
