CAKE BAKING 101: (Part 3) 10 steps to Succeed in Baking

“Bake even strips” are layers of cloth strips that are wrapped around the baking pan to provide insulation and promote even baking. You can purchase these strips online or make your own using this DIY tutorial. No “dome” means no leveling needed, cutting short one tedious step in cake decorating! No waste of cake batter is yet another step closer to baking success !
